There are lds kids that play at other schools who likewise struggle but
That struggle is between them, the lord and their ecclesiastical leader.

I know of no bishops in Logan or SLC, etc. who counsel their LDS athletes to withdraw from school due to drinking a time or two or who advise them to quit football due to breaking the law of chastity.

That's because it would be asenine for someone to suggest that is in their best interests long-term.

We should ask why bishops who counsel student athletes at other institutions are not counseling their flock to take the same action taken at BYU for the same infractions in "their best interests".

That excuse/reason has always rang hollow with me.
