tithing. I'm not sure you can say people need to follow the HC at BYU because tithing funds pay for the buildings and tuition. You follow the HC because you promised to follow the HC. Tithing really has nothing to do with the discussion. Not sure what your code of conduct for Sunday School has to do with anything either though.
