I honestly don't think it matter one way or the other. Maybe Bronco next year has a Kirk Firentz type of year. Maybe he has a Gary Crowton circa 2003 year.
I think there are strong arguments to be made to keeping Bronco or looking for that next great coach.
Personally, I don't think Bronco is a great coach. I do think he is capable of a great season. I'm excited for the future of the next three years with Tanner Mangum.
I don't know how many Crowton seasons I'm willing accept just to get rid of Bronco.
I don't think a new coach changes the recruiting at BYU which is, IMO, the biggest hindrance to BYU being a perennial top 10 team.
