Insanity is aptly defined by Albert Einstein
as doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
What Einstein calls "insane" I would call flat out stupidity.
Don't fire Bronco. Just don't renew his contract. Please please please. Lovingly show Bronco and his staff the door with a big hug and a thank you. But he's done. He had ten years. He's not getting better. Time to go. Thinking he is suddenly going to get us there is insane. Or stupid. You pick.
