I could not agree more

He's had over a decade to get it done and he hasn't achieved anything. He is a great guy but a very mediocre coach. It's time for a new regime.

I don't care about what Lavell did. It's time for a new coach. Bring on Ken, or whomever. In my opinion the new coach does not need to be LDS. He just needs to be a decent guy who will work with the HC and WIN GAMES.
