reason for Jimmer. If just any good shooter could come in and score 50 points versus good teams in big games then we would see it more often. I cant think of a BYU player I would put on the floor before him. I think his NBA career has soured peoples opinions of him. But were just talking about the college game. As a college player he was an all time great player not just at BYU, but all time at any school. Certainly his defense was a weakness. But that's like saying Tom Brady is not a good running qb. It would be ignoring what he does best at an all time level. In an all time team you cant leave out an all time great. Ainge is really the only other truly great player on the list. Collinsworth having set the triple double record I think puts him on the list too. But his shooting is a big big knock on him. I think Bradleys shot blocking is another all time skill set that we have at our disposal on this list. But its hard to judge the ancient players versus the new players. Brandon Davies might have put up Kosic numbers in Kosics era. Or not. I don't know. Its easy to ignore some of the older players. I really want to see if I can find some Durrant footage to make a better judge of him.
