year in and year out. Just like we dominated the WAC in football for so many years. With the notable exception of Gonzaga, the WCC is not a good conference. It consists of a bunch of tiny schools with teams who play in glorified high school gyms for crying out loud. We should be mopping the floor with these guys. We should be competing head to head with Gonzaga for the conference championship every single year

I'm starting to seriously wonder if playing in the WCC is hurting the recruiting. The MWC was a much better basketball league from top to bottom. And we also had much better teams when we were in the MWC and won multiple conference championships, despite that better competition.

I'm concerned about the future of the basketball program, unless both football and basketball can manage to get into a P5 conference.
