This post itself illustrates the biggest problem ---ego. The players also believe some of these teams are beneath
Them and don't prepare properly. It's all in the attitude and lack of team first commitment. That needs to change and I think Rose and other coaches have tried. If all the new big recruits come in with the same attitude, they'll under perform too.
