This is good advice. Remember the more cash you put down, the more you have tied
up in a very illiquid asset. If something does happen and you start to feel a pinch down the road, it's much better having that cash in a place you can access it without having to sell your home or take out an equity line to get to it (and in some places, an equity line isn't even possible).
