theres a lot of factors in play there. I would call 400,000 the number that I am not going to go much over. We could go cheaper than that and I'm hopeful that we might. But if we can't find something that fits our needs in a lower price range we are willing to go up to 400,000 and deal with the consequences. I'm anticipating having a much higher amount of my monthly income going towards housing after we get into a house. The idea of that kind of sucks. So hence why I am crunching numbers.
