Only two teams have truly moved from non-power conferences to a P5

Utah and TCU. The other teams back east - WV, Rutgers, Syracuse, BC went from the Big East, who was losing it's power status, to the B12 and ACC. Am I forgetting anyone else?

This may be the reason the B12 is so slow to move. They messed up by not grabbing Louisville when they had the chance, and now are weighing their options deliberately, all while trying to work with Texas, which I am sure is no easy task.
