BYU would be a "big dog" in the Big 12 as far as revenue is concerned
BYU would not be a wallflower in the Big 12 from a financial perspective. In fact of all the candidates for expansion it's universally been said from a financial standpoint BYU is hands down the choice

Sunday play was never a problem for the WAC, MWC and WCC but suddenly it's a huge problem for the Big12?

BYU was the big fish in the little pond in the WAC and MWC. WCC was hppy to oblige to get BYU in the conference.
