He has admitted some shortcomings and identified a couple factors where BYU is not number 1, but he has covered most factors that can be quantified that are relevant to the decision.
How much each factor weighs into the decision is his best guess, but nobody other than the actual decision makers can really say how important each factor is in making the decision.
There are intangible negative factors that are difficult to quantify that he maybe hasn't covered, but I think his data is fairly objective.
