Funny how stats can tell a slightly different story than what really happened
right? Tanner was good as a freshman. And he will get better but having tall receivers win the battle for a jump ball more often than not doesn't change the fact that a 50/50 ball was thrown. Tanner showed heart and guts and poise. I love the kid and think he will be a great QB for us but Taysom is the better QB overall right now assuming he is healthy.
Tanner has some stuff to work on still and he will be great. I have no doubt.
