BYU #9 in Houston, #5 in Dallas
Matich is right in saying BYU has "Global Digital Reach." Looks like we can help reclaim Houston for the Big 12.

In truth, any big Metro area is going to have a mix of loyalties to many different teams. Houston attracts people from all over, so it will always have fans of teams from all over. Nothing that Houston U or even UT can do about that.
