Matich isn't trying to say the SEC is/wants to add UH.
Probably a twitter-ism, but Matich is saying that the SEC is making South Texas an SEC Kingdom with TAMU and the city of Houston.
The city of Houston has pretty much been an SEC city since TAMU left and the consistent good play of LSU.
