Sorensen bolted and got himself a nice NFL paycheck because of it.
These guys that stick around really do make a sacrifice.
Kills me everytime when I think of Sorensen, Stewart, Lark and somehow Riley, great guy that he is, gets the nod. Some serious gamers must have felt pretty shafted. And I really liked Riley at 100% health, just couldn't stand seeing him out there injured with these guys waiting for their shot.
Honestly, that's when BM should have been asked to move on. He let an NFL guy slip to #3 or 4 and transfer to SUU, while we played a guy with a broken back.

I agree. Those other guys wouldn't be starters on a decent d1 team and Mangum is headed to the NFL one day.

Agree about Mangum... Disagree about Lark. Dude should have started over Nelson - Bronco blew that decision.

I guess that's what I'm basing my opinion off of, that he couldn't start of Riley. Because Riley was mediocre.

I think Jason Beck is my favorite of all time. Came in, got beat out, and stayed. Tanner knew he would be next AFTER
