In part, yes. We hit the Utes a little in UT recruiting & rest of Big12 hits em
... 'em a little collectively. We also hit he Utes a little head to head vs LDS recruits outside of UT. We also have a very small, but not insignificant net effect vs the PAC12 as a whole.
But most importantly, we don't threaten the Big12's current recruiting base.
