His rating in 1st 3 games in 2013 he was at 72, 69, 79. His 2014 rating was 142
before getting injured.
His lowest passing efficiency ever was actually against Texas (the 69). He hadn't developed yet as a passer, but dominated the game with his legs.
The following year against Texas, he still didn't have the best passing game against them, but improved on his passing rating from the previous year to hit 111. Not a great number either but much better than the year before.
Also, looking at completion %, Hill completed only about 33% of his passes the beginning of 2013 (35% against Texas), but completed 66% in 2014 (64% against Texas).
