Don't be absurd....
It isn't about being "thinned skinned and fragile", I'm sure we can all handle being mocked, sworn at, yelled at, called names, and all of the other classless and lame things so many ute fans do at their stadium, it is about just not wanting to subject ourselves to it. Why should we?
