Yes, this is what I'm referencing. The idea that tolerance and free exercise should be a prevailing principle
among all aspects of American society where the rights of others are not compromised. I have no problem asking a florist to do flowers for a gay wedding because I don't see their flowers as an endorsement of or participation in the marriage even if I would never vote to legalize gay marriage (if I were given the chance to vote). It's the same way I don't think BYU being in the B12 equates an endorsement of our HC by all the other members. It bothers me that the principles of the 1st Amendment have become something we only apply in a technical legal way when we are forced to. Down right sick of people only enforcing the principles of the 1st Amendment when it suits their own flavor of the year PC cause.
