By and large, teams with better players win practically every game
Coaches notwithstanding. There is an outlier game here or there and one game changing player can make a difference.

Peterson went 50-3 w/ Kellen Moore. He went 42-9 without him. That's a .824 win pct w/out Moore which is outstanding
