Two things. Urban and Nick Saban aren't position coaches so let's stay on
topic here. And secondly here's a scenario for all you "the position coach makes all the difference" guys.

Nick Kurtz - weellll, it's really cause Guy Holliday isn't here anymore. When he left, I forgot how to catch a football for some reason. Plus, coach Cahoon HATES when we catch wide open passes sooooo, yeah.

Peterson went 50-3 w/ Kellen Moore. He went 42-9 without him. That's a .824 win pct w/out Moore which is outstanding
