Of course not. No coach intentionally teaches failure. But to dismiss Poppinga's
rant by saying "Position coaches don't really do jack" seems unwarranted, especially given that position coaches get paid, you know, a salary. And especially especially given that Poppinga played successfully at the highest (collegiate) level, I don't think his arguments should be dismissed so facilely.

Peterson went 50-3 w/ Kellen Moore. He went 42-9 without him. That's a .824 win pct w/out Moore which is outstanding
