Obviously
Obviously we know that. But you can still tell, whether it's high school, college, etc., (even in other sports) that someone might be looking very good in practice and another player might be struggling. I'm sure those that have made comments about observing practice, including this specific recruit, are smart enough to take this into account. I also know that there are some people that just perform better in games, and others that struggle with the pressure of real games even if they look great in practice.
I'm just sharing what I was told from his observation. And I'm not making anything up to try to get anybody to believe me, my family is all pro Tanner and so is this recruit.
I have been privately hoping for Tanner to get a chance this year with Taysom's apparent continued struggles. I'm just beginning to wonder if this is more than just Taysom coming back for his senior year and him being the great leader of the team, and maybe more to do with true football ability decisions. I'm still extremely high and optimistic on Tanner for next year. Just passing on some info from an educated source. (This recruits dad was also there for at least one of the practices I know, and he played football at BYU so I trust his opinion also)
