Sometimes I think they did that deliberately. That way, they wouldn't have a bunch of people moving into the state spoiling the better parts similar to what happened to Jackson. Life-long residents can find it hard to afford living there these days.

I don't live in SLC now, but the winters are far worse in Cheyenne and Laramie.
