things are much better at the Jr. High level. My Jr. High AAU coach was one of the brightest basketball minds I've ever met in my life. He had unfortunately made some mistakes in his life (cheated on his wife) that basically blackballed him from ever coaching at the high school level in our state. He was also the biggest jerk in the world but he could coach the crap out of a basketball team.
