If there was a coach that could predictably turn non-NBA talent
Into NBA talent they would be making >$5M/yr. There are reasons draft picks are worth so much and why college coaches attribute 90% of success to recruiting.
I'm a huge fan of playing D. I grew up watching Sloan teams and could appreciate what Majerus did. The UVU game was embarrassing. But you have to have some perspective.
