He was much better in the second half, but I'm not sure he was "very good".
I'd say he had a much better half, but it's hard not to improve on 5 turnovers in 5 possessions. He still didn't complete over 50%, and he got bailed out of bad passes in the 2nd half by his receivers (which was actually a theme for him most of the year). That won't happen this year, with you replacing your top three receivers.
