...of the offense despite who he hires. After all, that's been the constant thread in all of this, hasn't it? Even your list kind of points out that obvious fact. Christensen, Chow, Erickson, ARod, Schram, Ludwig, and BJ, etc. Some of those guys are pretty good offensive minds but pretty diverse in their experiences. The one constant is Whitt in all of that. I find it hard to believe that despite which guy ran the offense, they all seemed to naturally drift to the pound and ground, and I don't think any of those guys took the job thinking ahead of time that that was the offense they intended to run when they signed on.
TT has a wrestling job ahead of him if he wants full control of the offense, especially if he gets off to a rocky start. Whitt isn't going to tolerate a lot of nonsense and turnovers or sloppy play.
