It won't stay like it is now.

Boise is booming. All of the cities I'm familiar with in Southern Idaho are gaining population. I'm not sure what the Idaho growth rate is, but I don't think it's too far from Utah's. Idaho's population is more spread out though. They don't have a Wasatch Front like population. (I grew up in Southern Idaho)
