If enrollment increase, it will have nothing to do with fans.
It will purely by for the benefit of education to a larger group of students.
I know we alway take a sports slant when it comes to BYU decisions. In either event, with large increase in Utah County population, you could only think BYU will have an increasing local fan base as well.
