You can say that homelessness doesn't exist in Utah county, but that doesn't mean it's true.
The slum Lords policy is that if you move out you have to be out, like, 2 weeks before the end of the month so they can "clean". But you can't move into the new apartment till the 1st. Guess what? you're homeless for 2 weeks.
The irony is that these slum Lords own BYU approved housing. Seems kinda hypocritical.
So, guess what? Happy Valley isn't as happy as you think it is. Obviously, you see only what you want to see.
