personal day, all the normal holidays. Reset on your hire date. You can roll over up to 10 days of unused, you can cash them all out, or a combination. You are required to taked at least 40 hours consecutive at some point during the year - company does for auditing purposes, but it also means you need to step away for long enough to actually take a break.
The idea of unlimted sounds great on the surface, but people take less and feel guiltier about what they do take...and they still have to get it approved. Easier for the company...but I think most employees end up on the short end of the stick.
