He'll never change their mind about BYU fans, regardless of his actions. People
have a way of finding fault with the other group. There is a huge body of research to support this theory, known as "out- group bias."
I have many Ute friends. I passionately hate Utah, and their fans. There isn't anything one person could do to change my mind about Utah and their fans.
