Since Bernard is enrolled and been playing he has to sit out a year regardless of what our coaches do/say. Kalani would absolutely release him if he wants to go because the only thing that does is allow the player, Bernard, to get financial aid from his new institution.

In Tukuafus situation where he was never enrolled he only has to sit a year because USU won't release him from his NLI and scholarship agreement. So if they chose to release him he could play immediately.

Again 2 completely different situations, but it is always my belief that KS will release any player wanting to leave, and until he does differently I'll choose to believe him.
