Often coaches have non-competes too. Look at Bielema's contract at Arkansas...
It prohibits him from leaving Arkansas for any SEC team without having to sit for a season or two as penalty.
Also, nearly all college coach contracts have a requirement of getting a "release" from their current employer before interviewing for another gig at another school.
