I am not proposing either.  I am pointing out that comparing the situation with a coaches contract and a players contact should not be done because they are not the same thing.  A player has zero recourse on his contract,  coaches contracts have specific language to protect both parties, (school and coach)   Scholarships are very one sided in favor of the school.
