Yes, because the offense has the fewest returning players and a ton of crucial
injuries/suspensions.
They lost the heart (Taysom) and soul (Jamal) of their offense last year. They lost their top 2 (4 of their top 6) rushers and top 3 (4 of their top 5) pass catchers.
The offense was always going to struggle. Then, you add on injuries and suspensions to all of that. They needed help; not to be thrown under the bus all year long.
They aren't getting any help from their defense or special teams. So, yeah, the offense sucks. But any reasonable person expected that coming into the year based on the personnel.
