I'm not defending Sitake's constant criticism of the offense. Certainly it must create division among the coaching staff and players.
However, his remarks couldn't have been more true about yesterday's game. The only td scored by BYU came late in the 4th quarter with only a minute left to play. The BYU offense was
pitiful, after looking good (and getting hopes up) at UNLV.
Keep in mind UMass is greatly improved this year on offense. Holding them to 16 SHOULD have been good enough to win the game. BYU is lucky UMass didn't score more after the BYU offense turned the ball over numerous times. This against a BAD UMass defense. The BYU offense IS the reason why BYU lost.
