I was critical of Bronco's hiring choices, but one thing I appreciate looking

back was his willingness to make changes when they needed to be made, even mid-season.

I remember USU 2010, when in one week Bronco essentially transformed our defense by firing Jaime Hill and taking the reins over the defense. One week. Same players on the field, entirely different results.

I've also been impressed with how Anae was able to take a freshman Mangum straight off his mission at Nebraska and help him manage his emotions and helped him succeed despite the schedule he faced early on.
