I was a grad student intern in the ASB during his 6th year...

..as President. I worked in an office that dealt with all the legal stuff BYU had to deal with. I could not agree with you more. He is likely a wonderful man and great Church representative, but as BYU President he was a disaster. Sadly, his tenure couldn't have come at a worse time in BYU's history.
