The problem wasn’t Rondo, it was Bateman. My memory is that Lee
Was letting him do his job and Bateman tried to reign him in.
Bateman encouraged and cultivated the ‘Mormon way’ while Lee was much more temperate.
I don’t know how Worthen is. Samuelson was basically a do nothing stabilizer type to help after Bateman. Although he did have a little push towards professional rigor, at least compared to Bateman.
