I don't mind him calling out the offense. I do though get frustrated when he acts as if he is arms length and has no
clue about the game plan or why we do the things we do. I've seen him do that with both the O and D. Is he simply listening to great tunes on his headset during the games? He's got to be aware of the plans and conversations.
There is a difference between micromanaging and being keenly aware of is happening and why. He certainly is not being straight with someone.

Hasn't given us that "whoa this coach knows his stuff" that you get sometimes when coaches break things down
