The answer to your question is yes, we can't recruit the same caliber of Scandinavian recruits as Wisconsin. Are you surprised or just ignorant?
Also, we aren't attracting the elite Polys in the trenches yet . Utah's LDS Poly D-line is and has been significantly better than ours over the past decade. They are getting the elite LDS Polys that we should be in the race to get but haven't been.
There is a big difference between our LDS Polys and Utah's, USC's or Oregon's LDS Polys.
To put it bluntly, in general the LDS polys that we can recruit on the Dline have been better than the Scandinavians (your word) that we can recruit on the Dline.
