(I was too skinny to play football, so CC was my best fit). We had a good program, but took second place at region for the first time in years and had a relatively poor showing at state. When we got back to the school after the state meet, he took us all into the gym and started chewing us out for how we performed that year and specifically called out behavior things. He then told the seniors we could leave and layed down the law for the juniors and sophomores.

Over the next few years, they became a dominant program, winning region every year, several state championships, and even some really high footlocker finishes. They have been considered one of the best programs in the state ever since that day.

Hopefully we will see a similar turn around.
