Bill Moos, AD at Nebraska, AD that turned around Oregon and Washington State

held a press conference about why he fired Riley following a 4-8 season. At the 8:50-10:00 mark he mentions it. Then he discusses it in more detail abt 33:00 but really gets into it at 35:00-36:22. The people who know all say discipline is important and includes the little things. Moos says it is the prelude to the wheels falling off.
