that players could resent. If they players understand there is a clear reason for the demands and changes, and Kalani comports himself in accordance with this new attitude, I think it will help.
However, if players feel that the rules/discipline is arbitrary or just hard for the sake of being hard or different, he could completely lose this team. It will be difficult because Kalani has to embody this new discipline.
My opion is that the measures sound to excessive for a coach of Kalani's nature. Requiring execution and discipline on the field and in the class room is one thing, but all of the other peripheral stuff could be hard to buy into because it sound very anti Kalani in nature.
