My grandfather played for DePaul in the late 40s

Going to New York and playing in the NIT was a much bigger deal then playing at that time in the NCAA tournament. 60s changed that and as a result you have March Madness today.

One of his best memories was getting on the floor in the second half for two minutes. He was a scrub, lol.
