Engineering needed.
1. Scissor trusses engineered for snow load.
2. Floor trusses or TJI's engineered for flex because of span distance. If there is too much flex crossing/bearing on adjacent walls full span flexing will likely cause ceiling cracks at wall or sheetrock joints.
3. Identify sheer walls.
That is a start.
